Birthday Girl - Murakami

Birthday Girl - Murakami

A tiny plot I bought on my birthday, which I finished within half an hour.

The book presents to you a sort of strange situation. Things won't always go as per our plans, there are deviations and uncertainties that'll eventually pop up. You can't escape, but are bound to face them.

I still couldn't figure out what the lady's wish for her 20th birthday was that her employer granted, she didn't reveal it at the end too saying dreams won't come true if you make it universal.

As the conversation between her and her employer grew, I was getting curious in each step, but the essence of their talk still baffles me 'cuz I couldn't exactly comprehend whatever they were speaking...!

Overall, it was an ambiguous and a suspicious tale which left so many questions unanswered.
