The Art of not Overthinking - Shaurya Kapoor

The Art of not Overthinking - Shaurya Kapoor

The book's bio reads as "Believing in yourself and building your dream life", but the effects of reading it are a lot more than that...

First of all, the title caught my eye, since that's what I do most of the time on any given day. I thought the book might help me get rid of this disastrous habit of overthinking. But, what it did was entirely different. It presented a big NO to eradicate overthinking. Instead, it made sure that I feel it's OKAY to overthink, and thinking excessively is not a drawback in anyone's life. By the way, that wasn't expected!

The words of comfort, the sentences of encouragement, the essence of tenderness that's been put in the book is just above any standards. I read the book, I imprinted it's contents onto my heartscape, I felt the book, and I must say I felt each word rather deeply.

It was as though, there was somebody who was soothing me down, my inner turmoils were slowly being silenced. Overall, I felt relaxed reading the book!
